{life. don’t pass me by.} september 2009
Still here……..Just haven’t blogged for a few days—or maybe a week now…..hmmm……been busy and sick this past week. Hate being sick–but kinda thankful for some ‘downtime.’ Time to sleep……Time to rest.
The past 7 months have been so busy….crazy busy….spending time reflecting on my time and priorities….
I have so many design projects in the works—-but just not enough time to get them all done ‘yesterday…’
and a beautiful family that I love and adore and try to take care of…..
balance is so hard for me–I am such an ‘all or nothing’ type person…I find myself focusing on one area–to only discover I am neglecting another…..such is the way of it I suppose….
so….this week–thinking and reflecting on balancing it all….enjoying life–honoring the Lord with my time and my talents–and loving my family well.
I was playing around with shutter speeds and showing motion this morning and thought this photo was a good reflection of this post….

I absolutely LOVE this picture. It feels so retro and is that leather that the plane is sitting on? What great texture. The shadow is really awesome too. It could almost pass for a real plane instead of a toy one.
I hear you about balancing things. It is so hard sometimes. I am sending you a big hug and wish I could send you more time and balance for everything else too.
