i need to update this blog desperately!!!
August has been busy! Spent a weekend in Dallas, had family visit, and am working like crazy on design stuff.

my book came today!!!! LOVE it!!!!

This is the first product in my new Cherished Collection at lch design ! WHCC did a fabulous job printing it! it’s a 10×10 hinged book and the pages are such a great weight–sturdy. I’ll post more pics of the book at my blogsite: http://www.lchphotographydesign.blogspot.com/

my ‘baby girl’ is 3 today! what a fun day! she came in our room this morning to wake us up….and found her ’stack’ of presents I had wrapped the night before….

So, with present in hand, she climbed up on our bed and began to open one…..a “little people” music cd….:)

Then, we got ready and went for a bday bfast at cracker barrel….pancakes and french toast and eggs…yum! When we came home–she opened up her presents—she’s a girl after my own heart….

She loved every one!!! I’m sure I’ll be posting pics from the day later this week….

we are home!!! what a blessing vacation is! the sunsets were glorious. I have several at diff times—but just wanted to share this one. love it!

We had a great time visiting the A family and it was so great to see the girls!
The beach was beautiful and the weather was great. The shops in downtown traverse city were very fun….we picked up our very own cherry pitter, too. Spent one afternoon picking cherries–that was fun—g had a blast!

i was tucking sweet g into bed and said a little prayer and then said, “Gracen’s turn”–so this was her prayer:

for those wondering what ‘chicago monkey’ is–it’s a sweet monkey puppet I brought home for her from my chicago trip a few weekends ago. it’s worked our way into our bedtime routine…..

talked myself into buying another petti………this time a white one!!! had to take gracen out to play with it the other evening—hmmmm…a toddler and a white petti……what was i thinking???
